Kaplan, Inc. is seeking a Financial Services Faculty to teach virtually on a part-time basis. The role involves engaging students, delivering lessons from prepared plans, and serving as a Kaplan brand ambassador to clients and learners.

Applicants should have at least two years in financial services, familiarity with securities exams, and strong communication skills. Training will cover LMS tools and virtual classrooms; daytime weekday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in financial services experience.
• Securities exams knowledge or completion is preferred.
• Ability to mentor and adapt teaching to student needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with virtual classroom tools and technology.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong teaching skills in virtual classrooms.
• Serve as an industry expert and Kaplan brand ambassador.
• Mentor students and tailor teaching to learning styles.
• Deliver instruction from pre-made lesson plans and syllabi.
• Coordinate with product line management on schedules and curriculum.
• The hourly rate is $38-50 per hour.
