Job summary

Ascend Learning seeks enthusiastic nurse educators to prepare students for NCLEX success. These positions are hired on an as-needed basis and may be filled in person or remotely.

You will deliver live reviews, leverage ATI NCLEX tools, and adapt your instruction to meet client needs while maintaining engaging, evidence-based teaching practices.

Ideal candidates have an MSN, active RN license, and recent higher-ed nursing teaching experience, with a passion for student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) is required.
• Active RN license is required.
• Knowledge of NCLEX Blueprint.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing teaching in college/university; 5+ years preferred.
• Recent nursing teaching activity within last 12 months.
• Familiarity with ATI products preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and engaging style.
• Reliable internet access and computer with presentation capabilities.
• Ability to create collaborative learning atmosphere.
• Ability to guide students to identify learning needs and foster critical thinking.

Responsibilities
