You will translate client requirements into applications, automated workflows, dashboards, and collaboration tools, working with senior technical leaders and multidisciplinary teams. The role emphasizes delivering reliable solutions on time and within budget, with opportunities to contribute to the SSDLC and security governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible software or application-development experience.
• Experience delivering business applications, automated workflows, dashboards, or enterprise portals.
• Experience in a federal, defense, or regulated environment is preferred; ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Matrix's Software Solutions Developer.
• Support process improvement and business-process reengineering through mapping, data analysis, and visualization.
• Assist in proposal development with content for approaches, schedules, and other sections.
• Support project execution including budgeting, scheduling, organizing teams, QA, invoicing, and reporting.
• Meet with clients/representatives to present results and maintain relationships.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person engagements with stakeholders to vision, brainstorm, and solve challenges.
