Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software or application development experience; delivery from requirements to deployment.
• Experience delivering business applications, automated workflows, dashboards, or portals.
• Experience in federal, defense, or regulated environments is preferred; ability to obtain U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, document, and sustain secure applications and dashboards for internal and external clients.
• Participate in SSDLC with Agile practices from discovery to retirement.
• Contribute to proposals with content for approach, schedule, and sections as needed.
• Manage project execution, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and technical documentation.
