Job summary

Matrix Design Group, Inc. seeks a Software Solutions Developer in Colorado Springs to design and deliver secure digital solutions for federal and commercial clients, translating requirements into applications, automated workflows, dashboards, and collaboration tools.

You will work with senior technical leaders and multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and at least three years of software

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible software development experience.
Experience delivering business applications, automated workflows, dashboards, or enterprise collaboration portals.
U.S. Government security clearance preferred; able to obtain/maintain clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, deploy, document, and sustain secure applications and dashboards.
Translate client requirements into technical solutions within SSDLC and Agile practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, supporting proposals, budgeting, and project deliverables.
Meet with clients to present results and maintain strong relationships.
Support virtual/in-person engagements with project stakeholders.
