Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Real Estate and Local market trends.
• Brokerage and Sales skills including contract negotiation and closing strategies.
• Excellent customer service, responsiveness, and client advocacy.
• Valid Washington State real estate broker license (or eligibility).
• Proficiency with CRM tools and digital marketing for prospecting and client communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple deals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in contracts and documents.
• Experience with relocating clients or tech professionals is a plus.
