Taxwell supports Drake Software and tax professionals with powerful software and attentive service. This remote seasonal Customer Service Representative role runs November through April to help clients grow their tax business with expert guidance and fast resolutions.

The position emphasizes diagnosing issues via phone, email, and chat, documenting outcomes, and delivering empathetic, proactive assistance while adhering to established procedures and schedules.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a call center environment.
• Proficiency with essential computer applications and accurate data entry skills.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening to resolve inquiries.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a private, dedicated hardwired internet connection.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical inquiries from tax professionals via phone, email and live chat.
• Interview end user to identify root cause and guide through troubleshooting steps.
• Document and track all interactions and resolutions for continuous improvement.
• Maintain professional relationships and deliver empathetic service in every interaction.
• Adhere to scripts and directions provided by management and maintain attendance.
