Qualifikationen

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service in a call center, preferably software support.
• Proficiency with essential computer applications and accurate data entry.
• Telemarketing or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Ability to build rapport and show empathy with customers.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Good reading comprehension and critical thinking.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a private, hardwired internet connection.
