Qualifications

• Must have previously participated in a Baker Tilly Prep Tax Season.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to obtain an IRS PTIN before start date.
• Availability to work minimum 30 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 8:00–5:00 local time; at least 4 days, 4 consecutive hours/day).
• Commitment to work early February through early April 2027.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual and fiduciary tax returns (Form 1040/1041) with accuracy in a high-volume, paperless environment.
• Process client financial data using tax preparation software.
• Follow firm policies, regulations, and procedures to deliver high-quality returns.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
