The role offers hourly pay and remote work with flexible hours discussed during interviews. Ideal candidates bring a CPA license, a strong background in tax provision and compliance, and 8+ years of experience in tax accounting.

Qualifications

• CPA license or active state bar membership
• Minimum 8 years of experience in tax provision, tax accounting and corporate tax compliance
• Experience in federal income taxation and ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 IFRS beneficial

Responsibilities

• Corporate compliance and tax provision review
• Assist in the preparation of the tax provision
• Work remotely from within the United States with no travel required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
