You’ll collaborate with a high-performing tax team and contribute to client engagements during peak periods. Ideal candidates have CPA licensure, a strong background in federal income taxation, and 8+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• CPA license, active US licensure or state bar membership.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in tax provision, tax accounting, and corporate tax compliance.
• Experience with federal income taxation and tax accounting in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of ASC 740 and IFRS IAS 12.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate tax compliance and tax provision reviews.
• Assist in preparation of the tax provision and related filings.
• Work remotely from within the United States with no travel required.
