Job summary

Global Leadership Adventures (GLA) is seeking two proactive Seasonal Program Managers to join our International Programs Team. These full-time seasonal roles require coordinating complex program logistics, supporting field staff and families, and owning end-to-end program design.

Positions begin January 2027 and run through August 31, 2027. Applicants should thrive in a fast-paced environment with remote flexibility, alignment to Pacific Time, and a willingness to travel 10–20%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience managing international travel, U.S. outdoor adventure programs or camps, service-learning, or experiential youth programs.

Responsibilities

• Support seasonal field staff recruitment, onboarding, and flight booking oversight.
• Build field teams with balanced skill sets and certification requirements (WFR, WAFA, Lifeguard).
• Design and deliver program staff training for Director Training (May 2027) and virtual sessions.
• Manage in-country partner, vendor, and program logistics within portfolio.
