Responsibilities

• Contact customers by outbound calls using prepared scripts to upsell products.
• Provide product and service information; follow up to close sales.
• Move customers from browsing to engagement and sale closure.
• Manage multiple systems including dialer, order entry and CS systems.
• Handle orders and resolve issues in system of record.
• Identify trends and escalate issues to appropriate teams.
• Meet or exceed campaign performance standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer orders and company information.
• Communicate clearly to build rapport with customers.
• Support company goals and align with department strategies.
