Responsabilités

• Outbound calls using prepared scripts to sell products or services.
• Provide product and service information; complete follow-up to close sales.
• Move customers from browsing to engagement and closing.
• Manage multiple systems (dialer, order entry, CRM) efficiently.
• Handle orders and update records for resolution.
