Job summary

gpac is a nationwide executive search firm that trains professionals from scratch. No experience is required, as we provide the proper training, tools, resources, and support to reach earning goals.

This is a commission-driven role with potential to earn 30–75% of production. Base salary starts at $35,568 annually, with uncapped commissions ranging from $40k to $500k+ per year. gpac also offers benefits after the waiting period.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Willing to complete gpac training.
• Degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to generate high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
