Job summary

Generac Power Systems is seeking an entry level Sales Development Representative to grow POS sales at the store level. You will educate store associates on Generac product lines, answer consumer questions, and support the dealer channel for SF&I programs.

This role covers markets in Michigan/Ohio, Florida, Georgia, and Wisconsin, with travel up to 75%. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental sales growth by selling Generac product lines across multiple retail accounts and educating store associates and end users about product applications and specifications.
• Collaborate with the retail field leadership team to execute new in-store programs to drive awareness and increase sales.
• Coordinate with store management to ensure planograms are followed and Generac products are well stocked for displays and end caps.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and other key decision-makers in assigned locations.
• Maintain and update records of sales activities and market conditions in Salesforce.
