Qualifications

• 6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, etc.).
• Confidence on the phone and in writing.
• Reliable home/remote work setup.
• Ability to manage 50+ touches daily.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, educate, and qualify leads.
• Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach.
• Tailor outreach to each prospect’s goals.
• Partner with Account Executives for follow-ups.
• Conduct discovery to qualify fit and needs.
• Maintain clean records in the CRM.
• Stay current on market trends to provide feedback.
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas.
