Job summary

Infospoke Technologies is seeking an experienced SDET Engineer for a 3-month contractual role that is fully remote. The position targets candidates with 5+ years in test automation, API testing, and software quality engineering, and will focus on building and maintaining automated test frameworks.

You will automate Web and API tests, integrate with CI/CD, and work with Jira and Agile teams to improve product quality. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as SDET / Test Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with API testing (REST, Postman, REST Assured).
• Good knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Experience with Git/GitLab/GitHub and CI/CD tools.
• Exposure to Jenkins / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with JIRA or similar defect tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Automate Web and API testing.
• Identify, report, and track defects using JIRA.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams in Agile.
• Analyze test failures and troubleshoot automation issues.
• Improve test coverage and automation efficiency.
