Job summary

Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever is seeking a South Dakota Regional Representative to be the face of our organization in a region rich in upland tradition. You will strengthen and grow a network of local chapters and volunteers dedicated to creating lasting conservation impact across communities and beyond.

You will lead efforts to energize chapters, elevate fundraising events, and expand membership while collaborating with departments to deliver a unified conservation message.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, wildlife conservation, education, or a related field.
• Experience collaborating with volunteers, nonprofit boards, or grassroots campaigns.
• Deep understanding of PF & QF’s mission and model.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you’re a connector and a motivator.
• Organized and self-driven, able to manage multiple projects across a broad geography.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire PF & QF chapters to grow membership and support programs.
• Help chapters plan and execute fundraising events.
• Launch new chapters and reinvigorate existing ones with strong volunteer leadership.
• Keep chapter leaders engaged through regular, motivational communication.
• Coordinate with Development staff to cultivate donors and partners.
• Organize and lead regional and statewide chapter meetings.
• Collaborate with peers to deliver a unified conservation message.
