Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Scrum Master to guide agile delivery for a security-focused team. You’ll keep sprints focused, remove blockers, and align security priorities with cross-functional stakeholders, enabling reliable delivery in a technically complex domain.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
• Strong background in security.
• Familiarity with AppSec.
• Fluency in DevSecOps, vulnerability management, or cloud security domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove blockers and support team velocity and delivery predictability.
• Support backlog refinement with an understanding of security team priorities.
• Foster collaboration between security engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
