Job summary

World Courier is seeking a Scrum Master II to drive agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, and maintain alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. You will lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and program coordination, ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement.

The role requires 2+ years in project management or related fields and a Bachelor's degree in a related area, with PMP/PMI-ACP or agile certs preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, technical project management, or a related field.
• Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives agile practices and facilitates healthy ceremonies including backlog refinement, planning, iteration reviews and retrospectives.
• Maintains project plans, milestone trackers, and risk logs to support delivery visibility and governance.
• Communicates with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to gather required information and ensure delivery alignment and escalation when needed.
• Facilitates project meetings, prepares status reports, and follows up on action items to sustain delivery momentum.
• Applies established project management procedures and agile frameworks to support sprint planning, backlog management, and program coordination.
