Impiricus is seeking a Scrum Master to drive agile practices and deliver healthcare-focused software solutions. You will facilitate ceremonies, protect the team, and partner with product to maintain the backlog.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Experience implementing and scaling agile methodologies in software development environments.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings, ensuring they are productive and align with agile best practices.
Coach development teams and stakeholders in agile principles, helping to maintain focus on delivering value while fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
Remove impediments and blockers that affect team productivity, acting as a servant leader to protect the team and optimize their performance.
Collaborate with the Product team to maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and prioritized effectively.
Track and report on team metrics, sprint progress, and project status to stakeholders, providing transparency and identifying areas for improvement.
Facilitate cross-team coordination and communication, especially in areas where multiple teams need to collaborate on healthcare communication solutions.
Support the ongoing development of agile practices within the organization, helping to scale and improve our processes as we grow.
