Job summary

AfterQuery is hiring Scrum masters to craft agile delivery scenarios used by frontier AI labs to test model judgment. This fully remote, async contractor role pays $70–$110 per hour with weekly Stripe payments and a minimum of 10 hours per week.

You will author realistic scenarios from sprint planning to retrospectives, write answers with rationale, and assess model outputs for agility and team dynamics. Ideal candidates have 2+ years leading agile delivery for software teams, strong backlog

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a scrum master or agile delivery lead for software teams.
• Experience facilitating the full ceremony cycle from planning through retrospectives.
• Depth in backlog management, impediment removal, and team coaching.
• Clear written English for documenting facilitation and coaching reasoning.
• Able to commit at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Author realistic agile delivery scenarios from sprint planning through retrospectives.
• Write reference answers with the facilitation reasoning behind each intervention.
• Grade model output for agile soundness and team dynamics awareness.
• Flag advice that reads textbook correct but would harm a real team.
