Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic is seeking an Analyst I, SCM to analyze data and support supply chain operations from a remote location. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive informed decisions and improve efficiency while upholding data integrity and customer service standards. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; you may reside in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada.

You will work a day shift from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred in supply chain management, transportation and logistics, business or a related field.
OR High School diploma/GED and four years of experience
OR Associate’s degree and two years of relevant experience
AI or Coding skills preferred

Responsibilities

Perform data analysis to support day to day operations.
Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure data integrity is maintained within our systems.
Partner with others to identify opportunities for improvement.
Work with large data sets to identify usable information for executive reporting and business decisions.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Excel analytical functions such as pivot tables and vlookup.
Familiarity with Oracle ERP preferred.
Maintain excellence in customer service.
