Akron Children's Hospital is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for a 6-month, full-time temporary assignment with hybrid work (2-3 days on site) in Akron, OH. You will extract and analyze data to support decisions, optimize inventory, and improve operational efficiency across departments.

Responsibilities include managing dashboards, rebates, and spend tracking, plus identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
CSCP or CPSM certification preferred.
Minimum 3 years in data analysis and ERP within a supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

Manages monthly and quarterly supply chain metrics for dashboards to support decisions.
Tracks and manages contract rebates in ERP for accurate reporting.
Identifies non-compliant purchases and presents insights for cost savings.
Performs monthly inventory optimization based on demand and usage.
Prepares detailed analytical reports for internal and external data requests.
Documents financial impacts including rebates and costs for analysis.
Investigates inventory discrepancies and recommends process improvements.
Uses data analytics tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Collaborates with sourcing teams on savings initiatives with data-driven insights.
Develops and maintains benchmarks for supply chain metrics.
