Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in a Solutions Owner or Technical Consulting role.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into actionable plans.
• Experience leading customer trainings and developing training materials.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation of customer projects.
• Collaborate with customers to define functional requirements.
• Produce documentation including Requirements and Design Specifications.
• Communicate cloud and enterprise architecture in customer contexts.
• Ensure System Integration Testing (SIT) is planned and executed.
