Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver remote therapy services to PreK-12 students. The role focuses on evaluating and treating speech and language disorders, developing goals, and collaborating with school staff and families.

The position offers part-time, remote work with California opportunities. Master’s degree required, ASHA certification, and state licensure eligibility. Teletherapy experience is preferred and AAC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• ASHA certification required (current).
• Experience with K-12 or pediatric settings.
• Teletherapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services addressing articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the educational team to support goals in classrooms.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques into therapy sessions to promote development.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions and progress in a timely manner.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech-language needs.
