Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work required.
• PA CSPG 87 certification required.
• Experience with special education preferred.
• Must be able to travel across Pennsylvania to support families and work with agencies.
• Strong technology skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
• Excellent communication, both oral and written.
• Highly organized and punctual.
• Student-centric approach with flexibility and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel for state testing and school events (overnight travel possible).
• Ability to work remotely and occasional evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Support students with social-emotional needs through tiered interventions and virtual social work services.
• Collaborate with school teams to connect families with resources to promote attendance and academic success.
• Assist in crisis prevention and management planning for the school.
• Coordinate with teachers to identify at‑risk students and communicate with families regularly.
• Participate in IEP processes to develop social goals and provide services.
• Attend and plan field trips and community activities for students and families.
• Support recruiting and marketing efforts to build the school community.
• Collaborate with School Counselors and the Director of Special Education.
