As a Fullmind Social Worker, you will deliver virtual counseling, crisis intervention, family communication, case management, and resource referrals to students via tele-practice platforms. This 1099 independent contractor role runs with the school calendar for the 2026-27 year and is fully remote.

Qualifications

• Active School Social Worker (#071) certification required.
• LMSW or LCSW license through CT DPH required.
• Professional liability insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Virtual counseling sessions with students (one-on-one or group).
• Crisis intervention for urgent student mental health or safety concerns.
• Family communication with parents/guardians about needs and resources.
• Case management: track progress, document sessions, coordinate with teachers/staff.
• Refer families to community, academic, or mental health services.
