Job summary

Parallel Learning, Inc. is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in Ohio for the school year 2026-2027. In this role, you will provide high-impact, personalized teletherapy to make a meaningful difference for children with learning differences.

Ideal candidates will have a CCC-SLP, a minimum of 1 year of school-based experience, and strong communication skills. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $52 to $64 per hour based on location, plus benefits for direct and indirect service time.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in the IEP process and writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Prior experience with Medicaid billing systems is highly advantageous.
• Availability during standard school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm).

Responsibilities

• Provide student-centered, IEP-aligned virtual speech therapy sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Develop detailed, goal-oriented progress reports for each reporting cycle.

Skills

Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Exceptional communication skills

Tech-savvy with proficiency in virtual telehealth platforms

Multilingual fluency

Education

Active SLP license in Ohio
