This home-based position can be performed from Washington, DC or any state. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in education or related field and at least six months of customer service experience, with strong communications and Office 365 skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Contact students and families to conduct placement conferences and graduation plan reviews.
• Evaluate domestic and international transcripts and translate as needed.
• Document phone conversations and emails in Stride databases; manage caseloads.
