Job summary

Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality teletherapy services to students, aligning with IEP goals and evidence-based practices. This contract role supports learners remotely, leveraging digital platforms to assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy, while collaborating with teachers and families across the school system.

A license to practice OT and experience in pediatrics or school-based settings are preferred, with strong communication and independent work

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license, with eligibility in the state of practice.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital therapy tools.
• Strong communication skills with students, families and school staff.
• Ability to design individualized treatment plans and adapt strategies.
• Comfortable working independently with a remote caseload.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality virtual Occupational Therapy services in accordance with student IEPs.
• Collaborate remotely with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student progress.
• Provide direct intervention, consultation, and assessment via online platforms.
• Document services and student outcomes according to school guidelines and compliance standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and adjust therapy interventions to ensure optimal student outcomes.
