Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a Remote School Occupational Therapist to join our nationwide team. You will deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students in a fully remote setting, building flexible caseloads and starting ASAP.

Responsibilities include evaluating motor and sensory skills, developing goals with families and school staff, and implementing evidence-based interventions. Licensure, NBCOT, and pediatric school experience are required, with teletherapy proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Must hold valid state OT license in the practicing state.
• NBCOT certification required.
• Experience in school or pediatric teletherapy preferred.
• Proficient with assessment tools and pediatric OT techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with students, parents and educators.
• Strong problem-solving and computer skills (email, Teams).
• Teletherapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized OT treatment plans with students, parents, and staff.
• Implement evidence-based OT interventions for skill development.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide consultation to teachers and staff on classroom participation strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support academic and functional goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and help develop education plans.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress reports.
