Macmillan Publishers' School & Library Marketing team seeks a Marketing Assistant to support a busy list of picture books, middle grade, and YA titles. You will manage title distribution, submit awards, and provide administrative support for the department while collaborating on digital marketing initiatives and conference planning.

Responsabilidades

• Execute title distribution to trade publications, educators, librarians, and other contacts monthly.
• Develop and maintain contact databases with the Associate Director.
• Coordinate major state award submissions, including mailing titles and paperwork.
• Plan and execute conferences throughout the year, traveling 4–5 times a year.
• Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including social content.
• Prepare and present at educator and librarian meetings to generate interest.
