Job summary

Christian Family Solutions is seeking a part-time School-Based Therapist to serve at First German Lutheran School in Manitowoc, WI, and St. Marks' Lutheran School in Green Bay, WI, one day each per week, through the School Partnership Program.

Responsibilities include providing clinical therapy and developing school-based intervention plans in collaboration with staff and parents. Hours are 8:00am-4:00pm, 16 hours per week during the 2026-2027 school year, with a summer hiatus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services related field is required.
• Active licensure in Wisconsin as a mental health counselor or related discipline within required timelines.
• Active membership in a WELS, ELS or confessional Lutheran church is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services in a school-based setting.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support students’ academic, social, emotional and/or behavioral needs.
• Deliver therapy from a Christian-based clinical perspective and integrate faith principles as appropriate.
