Job summary

Inspire Connections Academy, Idaho's online public charter school, seeks a School Counselor to support students in grades 6–12 from a home office in Idaho. You will be the first point of contact for academic, college, and non-academic concerns, guiding course selection, credit requirements, and graduation planning.

You will collaborate with teachers and administrators, maintaining student records, coordinating transcripts, and supporting families through the withdrawal and graduation processes.

Qualifications

• Idaho residency required or licensed in Idaho.
• Certification as school counselor or social worker per Idaho state rules.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive school counseling program per ASCA model.
• Advise students and families on academics, career planning, and graduation.
• Maintain accurate transcripts and credits in the online system.
• Coordinate records from previous schools and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support students in course selection, four-year planning, and graduation requirements.
