Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience with distance learning.
• Experience in a charter school environment preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan for postsecondary options.
• Focus on college and career readiness.
• Meet quarterly with all students on caseload.
• Review transcripts and academic documentation.
• Develop a four-year graduation plan and audits schedules.
• Analyze student data and develop data-driven intervention plans.
• Provide short-term counseling and referrals for long-term support.
• Support standardized testing program and parent education.
• Travel up to 20% for face-to-face professional development.
