Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a fully remote, Arizona-based school assignment. This 1099 contract role offers flexible teletherapy delivering services to students in a remote setting within the U.S. education system.

An SLP with a Master’s degree and CCC-SLP, plus state licensure, is preferred to assess, plan IEP goals, and provide compliant telepractice while collaborating with educators and families.

Qualifications

• Arizona SLP License (Must be licensed in state of residence if outside of Arizona)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and educational compliance requirements
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology for virtual service delivery

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans
• Provide engaging teletherapy sessions aligned with educational standards
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Monitor student progress and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed
