Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide high-quality, school-based services through our growing remote therapy program. This is an opportunity for SLPs who want the flexibility of working remotely while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California SLP license to provide services to California students.
• Current SLP license/authorization in the state of residence.
• Ability to maintain licenses and credentials for remote service delivery.
• Experience in school-based SLP or teletherapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language services through remote delivery.
• Conduct assessments and develop evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and provide services.
• Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and IEP teams.
• Recommend service delivery modifications, accommodations, and strategies to support student success.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation and service logs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and other clinical projects.
