Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide high-quality, school-based services through a fully remote therapy program across the United States. Clinicians collaborate with students, families, teachers, and IEP teams while receiving clinical support, mentorship, and professional development.

We actively support multi-state practice (CA, TX, AZ, NM, NV, and more) and offer a comprehensive benefits package with supervision, AAC mentoring, CEUs, and more.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CA SLP license to provide services to CA students required.
• Active licensure in the state of residence required for remote work.
• Experience in school-based teletherapy and tele-assessment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ethically and legally defensible school-based speech-language services remotely.
• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and provide services aligned with student needs.
• Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and IEP teams.
• Recommend service delivery modifications, accommodations, and strategies to support student success.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation, data collection, attendance records, and service logs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and other clinical or special projects.
