Socket.dev is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling & Workflow Coordinator to manage client schedules, coordinate workflows, and ensure smooth operations from start to finish. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, clear communication, and keeping multiple moving parts aligned behind the scenes.

This position supports clients and internal teams using established systems, tools, and training.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in scheduling, workflow coordination, administrative support, or customer service (preferred).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client schedules, appointments, and deadlines
• Manage workflow processes to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Communicate with clients and team members to gather necessary information
• Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending items
• Maintain organized records and documentation of workflows
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
