Job summary

Fulfillment IQ seeks a SCALE WMS Consultant to lead the SCALE WMS implementation for clients in the logistics sector. You will drive design, configuration, testing, and deployment, acting as the subject matter expert on Manhattan SCALE WMS and related warehouse processes.

The role requires 5+ years of MA SCALE experience, strong ERP integration knowledge, and ability to work with multi-site operations. Remote-friendly with significant travel on US projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years with Manhattan Scale implementations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management and inbound/outbound processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCALE WMS implementation and support projects.
• Configure Manhattan SCALE WMS and tailor to client needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical design.
• Document URS, SOPs, test cases, and configuration details.
• Coordinate with vendors for TMS, packing, and conveyors.
