Job summary

Ryze Superfoods LLC seeks a Manufacturing & Scale-Up specialist to bridge R&D and commercialization, moving formulas from bench samples through plant trials to full production. This role sits on the Manufacturing team and requires hands-on experience with co‑manufacturers and equipment.

You will partner with quality and packaging teams, guide site audits (SQF, BRC), support root‑cause investigations, and build trusted relationships with co‑manufacturers while traveling to sites as milestones

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred plus 8+ years in R&D/formulation scale-up and manufacturing support.
• Experience spanning bench-to-pilot-to-first production and site-facing quality.
• Knowledge of SQF, BRC audits and food-safety documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition of new formulas from bench to pilot to full production at manufacturing sites.
• Coordinate with R&D, sensory and QA to ensure site-ready scale-up and handoff.
• Support audits, root-cause investigations and maintain relationships with co-manufacturers.
