Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Scaffold Estimator to develop scaffold solutions for commercial, industrial and turnaround projects. You will review drawings, evaluate conditions, and prepare cost estimates while collaborating with sales, engineering and operations to ensure practical and constructible results.

The role involves creating 2D and 3D renderings with Avontus Designer, generating BOMs, and delivering competitive proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in scaffold, shoring, or construction estimating.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of scaffold systems and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, photos, and project scope requirements.
• Evaluate site conditions, access constraints, schedules and risks.
• Develop scaffold access solutions and preliminary designs.
• Create 2D drawings and 3D renderings using Avontus Designer.
• Generate material takeoffs and BOMs.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates including labor, equipment, freight, and engineering.
• Support pricing strategies and margin objectives.
• Prepare professional proposal packages with assumptions and exclusions.
