Efird Appraisals seeks a Certified Residential Appraiser to join our growing team in a role that offers remote work from home or from one of our offices. You will produce credible, well-supported appraisal reports for a diverse client base while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of analysis.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser license.
• Licensed in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
