Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a senior SBA Product Business Development Officer to market a full range of SBA lending services with emphasis on client contact, origination and analysis.

The role focuses on self-sourcing SBA loan origination and reviewing financials to structure proposals for SBA financing ranging from $350K to $5MM. The Senior Officer will ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws, prepare credit packages, and support the team with strong customer service,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of 4 years' SBA lending experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of SBA/Business/Commercial lending experience.
• SBA loan originating experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication including professional grammar.

Responsabilidades

• Self-sourcing SBA loan origination with emphasis on client contact, origination and analysis. Typical loan amounts are for $350K - $5MM.
• Reviews financial statements and supporting documents, structures SBA loan proposals, completes initial analysis, and prepares credit package.
• Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, agency guidelines and organization policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
