Job summary

Revolution Prep is hiring for a Full-Time Online Professional Tutor to impact students from home. The role offers a stable W-2 employment model with paid onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.

Tutors work with SAT/ACT prep and executive function coaching, guided by an in-house curriculum. Successful candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, have at least one year of tutoring or teaching experience, and can tutor math through Algebra II.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory for applicants.
• At least one year of teaching or tutoring experience required.
• Experience in AP STEM subjects is a plus.
• Ability to tutor math content through Algebra II is essential.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside in the country.

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic tutoring sessions, including SAT/ACT prep and executive function coaching (90%).
• Discuss student progress with families (5%).
• Utilize curated resources for planning (5%).
• Maintain 38 hours of weekly availability including evenings and weekends.
