Revolution Prep is seeking a Full-time Online Professional Tutor to teach students from home as a W-2 employee. The role offers paid training, onboarding, and a supportive tutor community, with the flexibility of evenings and weekends.

You will lead tutoring sessions for SAT/ACT and executive function coaching, discuss student progress with families, and use curated resources to plan effective lessons. A Bachelor's degree and tutoring experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional qualifications a plus.
• Minimum one year of teaching or tutoring experience; AP STEM familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to tutor math through Algebra II.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and current residence required.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet professional space; tech kit provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead tutoring sessions (SAT/ACT test prep, executive function coaching).
• Discuss educational progress with students and families.
• Utilize curated resources for planning and materials.
• Commit to 38 hours minimum per week with availability of 38 hours, including evenings and weekends.
