Job summary

GAF in the United States seeks an SAP Vistex Lead to bridge business operations and IT architecture. You will drive end-to-end SAP Vistex implementations within ECC or S/4HANA, translating pricing incentives, rebates, and chargebacks into scalable technical solutions.

Lead onshore and offshore teams, gather requirements with Sales, Finance, and Procurement, manage QA/UAT and cutover activities, and ensure SOX-compliant controls. Travel up to 60% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of hands‑on SAP functional experience, with a primary focus on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Agreements, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong working knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash (OTC), SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO settlement workflows.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA (e.g., V4 release) and traditional SAP ECC.
• Experience managing initiatives using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Technical Delivery: Lead hands‑on configuration of Vistex IP modules including Chargebacks, Billbacks, Rebates, and Royalties.
• System Design: Design IP document types, pricing agreements, calculation buckets, condition types, status flows, and accrual/settlement profiles.
• S/4HANA & ECC Integration: Oversee integration between Vistex and SD/OTC, MM/P2P, FI/CO.
