Job summary

First Quality Enterprises, LLC seeks an experienced SAP Transportation Management Engineer to support data mapping and end-to-end TM processes. You will own TM configuration, integrate with ECC/S/4HANA, and drive testing and delivery across transportation scenarios.

Strong collaboration with IT and business teams is required. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in SAP TM, proven end-to-end implementations, and expertise in TM module integrations (SD/MM/EWM) along with ABAP RAP and SAP Fiori UI5

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field / 5+ years SAP TM experience in techno-functional roles.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on SAP TM implementation, configuration, and support.
• Proven track record of at least two full-cycle SAP TM end-to-end implementations.
• Deep understanding of Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection, and Freight Settlement.
• Strong expertise in SAP TM configuration with debugging and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Support data mapping and transformation between SAP TM and other enterprise systems.
• Own SAP TM configuration and end-to-end transportation processes.
• Troubleshoot SAP TM issues and implement corrective actions.
• Document SAP TM configurations, planning profiles, and batch jobs.
• Ensure SAP TM environments (ECC and S/4HANA) stay synchronized.
• Lead QA testing for transportation planning and management scenarios.
• Develop test scripts covering end-to-end TM processes before production.
• Lead low-level design, testing, and implementation with business teams.
• Write functional and technical specs for new developments and enhancements.
• Analyze TM data and devise logical business solutions with IT and users.
• Review and replace TM customizations with standard solutions where feasible.
